Career Pathways

The Lean Systems Certification program is based on training students on the three basic disciplines for successful organizational transformation. Students will be trained in Industrial Engineering, Organizational Development and Systems Theory. The Certification program is accredited through the Indiana Department of Workforce Development (DWD) and regulated by the Office for Career and Technical Schools (OCTS).

Job seekers can enroll in one module at a time to earn a certificate or complete a group of modules to specialize in a discipline. Students who desire to become fully certified should complete all courses in sequence. The three disciplines are shown below with their perspective modules.
